Fast forward to about 35 years ago.
From the perspective of Generation Z, I would say they are the age of their fathers and mothers (lol).
Almost 100% of the time on weekends, the mountain passes around the country were crowded with overflowing motorcycles. NSR250R, TZR250R, RG250Γ, GPz400R, etc.
There was also a photographer at each corner taking pictures of the cornering.
This is what is called a motorcycle boom.
One of the things that sparked this was a manga called ``Baribari Densetsu\'\' that was serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine at the time.
In the story, the main character and his rival compete in a race on a mountain pass, and there is a scene where the main character and his rival are competing on a mountain pass, and when cornering, he yells ``Kame!\'\' and banks his bike, which is a scene where the bike boys from all over the place are A relatively large number of people (actually, I think there were quite a few) followed suit and shouted, \"Kame!\"
It\'s a funny story now, but it was certainly the perfect shout to get motivated when tackling a corner with a full bank.
It\'s a sight we don\'t see anymore, but when I think about it now, I can\'t help but wonder why everyone was so competitive with each other back then.
But... it was interesting.
