This is an illustration of a girl visiting a forest on a winter morning with sunlight filtering through the trees.
I've done sunbeams filtering through the foliage several times before, but if I was going to do it at this time of year, I wanted to give it a winter-like feel.
Personally, I've recently been leaning towards models that look great with XL characters, but their backgrounds still leave a lot to be desired.
So if the main theme is the background, I often go back to the SD1.5 series.
