Zeus had a son, Hercules, with his human daughter Alcmene, but his legal wife Hera was jealous and refused to breastfeed him.
So Zeus put Hera to sleep with a medicine and had Hercules suck her breasts, but the sucking power was so strong that Hera woke up in severe pain and brushed Hercules away, and the milk that spilled out at that time became the Milky Way.
(There are various theories.)
