I created a character inspired by a young lady enjoying chess♪
For July's theme, "Cocktails," I created and posted a character sipping cocktails, and this one is the same person.
When it comes to board games, there are a wide variety, including chess, Othello, The Game of Life, shogi, and go, but this time I created chess.
I chose chess because it seemed the easiest to generate, and the Hadlar Royal Guard from Dragon Quest: The Adventures of Dai crossed my mind lol.
However, even though I underestimated chess, generating it was much more difficult than I expected.
I particularly struggled with the chess pieces; the king and queen were unnecessarily large, and the pieces (especially the knight) didn't form a complete shape, resulting in a perfect checkmate lol.
Board games are generally considered difficult to generate, but I think it should be possible to generate a standalone board game without characters.
